Jenny is the jewel in the crown of Paton Brown. She is the friendly voice at the end of the phone and the person who makes everyone feel welcome as soon as they enter our reception area. Plus, just as importantly, she always provides the drinks and the chocolate biscuits together with her friendly banter. Visitors sometimes forget our names but since Jenny joined us nearly 7 years ago they always seem to remember her name.
